Willie began his real estate career in 2015 by joining Richard Bowers & Co. where he specialized in office leasing, land and investment property acquisition and disposition. He has identified and successfully completed complex, nuanced and complex transactions throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Simultaneously, Willie advised and represented select clientele to meet their residential transaction needs. In 2020, after gaining market knowledge and expertise-with a passion for continuous learning and improvement-Willie became the Qualifying Broker for both Peach State Commercial and Peach State Residential Real Estate.

Prior to real estate and becoming Principal and Broker, Willie participated in Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program which grooms prospective Chick-fil-A Franchisees. While Willie wasn't selected to become a Chick-fil-A Operator he's chosen to incorporate and leverage the experience into executing daily brokerage operations. Willie's currently a candidate for the Executive MBA 2024 Cohort at Georgia State University's  J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
